Payments are to be made upfront in USD through Paypal. Other payment methods may be considered!Refunds are given in very rare cases. Please do not use me as a bank.There may be an upcharge for not providing a visual reference of your OC.Design Rules
Once you purchase a custom design or adopt from me it's yours to do as you please as long as proper credit is given.
Things you can do include, tweak, hue shift, edit the design in a separate piece of artwork. Trade, Sell for more or less, or give away. It is yours!
